The architecture

A gold box under a white curtain

That's the architects' idea: a large golden volume, like a jewellery box, wrapped in a white curtain that opens onto the city in triangles. The building site already shows it.

The construction, step by step

    Earthworks

    Machines arrive on the Haï Akid Lotfi plot.

  2. 2014 – 2021

    Structure

    Two basement levels, then five levels above ground.

  3. 2024

    White & gold façade

    The white curtain and the gold box clad the building.

  4. 2026

    Fit-out

    Stores, atrium and glass dome take shape.
